"Calvary"

 What's right

What's wrong

What's changed or not the same?

Why do I feel

I need to kill

Hang myself on a cross at the Capitol

The beginning of the end for me

But then you'll see

What's right, what's wrong

What's changed or not the same

 I'm not a bad ass

Maybe a bad apple but

not to be mistaken for a rotten apple

Over ripened and unable to roll

to far from the tree

Theoretically, poetically but not too be

mistaken politically

A bad apple like the one that ruined

Adam and Eve

It wasn't the serpent

the apple, the tree

Not even Eve

It was God's own destiny

It is how it had to be!

Jesus would be rolling in his grave

I wish I would have been there when Jesus was betrayed (by Judas)

Simon Peter's stroke would have meant "go" and the story would have changed.

The Holy Bible written a different way.

I know he ascended into Heaven and arose on the third day, for if he didn't Jesus would be rolling in his grave.

Why couldn't the disciples fight?

It's what they've taken from us today.

In his name "in God we trust"

Justice or just us?

When Simon Peter dropped his sword

I would have gone to war for Jesus.

The story would have changed

No cock crowing, No last supper

It's a kosher BBQ

"Believe you me" Humanity

Do you perceive we've always believed in hatred

Like it was in our Genes? Handed down

I've seen us love one another

when destruction rains down, during life's tragedies Differences in what we believe can't be seen and in an instant become set aside humanity is alive.

Quite simply put people need to believe whatever they need to live in peace with themselves! To save this planet from our own selfish greed, no hate in believing peace could be believing in you and believing in me!

A letter from Scott to the rest of the world

I found the original and I don't believe I edited the beginning out. Authenticity is back in.

Cinderella pumpkin story

A Cinderella pumpkin story with no glass slipper  A sky with a million stars and no Big Dipper. A moon that lights the sky and no first start to wish on. A pumpkin carriage ride and no girl to kiss on reckless as It seems streaking across the sky smashing all my dreams on a pumpkin carriage ride. Wish on me while I burn in your face. Kiss on me and try to learn to swallow and not taste. More like a comment than a shooting star I wonder how long it takes to forget who you are happy Valentine's Day!

Early February maybe May

 I'm going to start over

like I was just born this morning a brand new day

The sun is shining birds are singing a 65° spring day

A perfect day to learn to walk again

freed from this cocoon I've been wrapped up in

I'm m going to start over when blessings descend

and flourish and warm sun rays

take a deep breath, brush off my shoulders, reach for

the sky and rise to my feet.

Look straight ahead

It's a brand new day
