ADHD doesn't spell anything

I have something
Called c.o.d
No wait that's cash on delivery
I mean COPD
Sometimes it's hard
So hard to breathe
With all the anxiety/supercalifredulious.html?m=1
Why did I say COPD?
I meant ADHD
Whatever that means in chemistry
/it-is-what-it-is
I don't think write
But this piece of paper sure feels good
To me
Or not to me.

A.D.H.D

Take my hand and come with me,
I want to teach you about ADHD.
I need you to know, I want to explain,
I have a very different brain.
Sights, sounds, and thoughts collide.
What to do first? I can't decide.
Please understand I'm not to blame,
I just can't process things the same.
Take my hand and walk with me,
Let me show you about ADHD.
I try to behave, I want to be good,
But I sometimes forget to do as I should.
Walk with me and wear my shoes,
You'll see its not the way I'd choose.
I do know what I'm supposed to do,
But my brain is slow getting the message through.
Take my hand and talk with me,
I want to tell you about ADHD.
I rarely think before I talk,
I often run when I should walk.
It's hard to get my school work done,
My thoughts are outside having fun.
I never know just where to start,
I think with my feelings and see with my heart.
Take my hand and stand by me,
I need you to know about ADHD.
It's hard to explain but I want you to know,
I can't help letting my feelings show.
Sometimes I'm angry, or sad.
I feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and mad.
I can't concentrate and I lose all my stuff.
I try really hard but it's never enough.
Take my hand and learn with me,
We need to know more about ADHD.
I worry a lot about getting things wrong,
Everything I do takes twice as long.
Everyday is exhausting for me...
Looking through the fog of ADHD.
I'm often so misunderstood,
I would change in a heartbeat if I could.
Take my hand and listen to me,
I want to share a secret about ADHD.
I want you to know there is more to me.
I'm not defined by it, you see.
I'm sensitive, kind and lots of fun.
I'm blamed for things I haven't done.
I'm the loyalist friend you'll ever know,
I just need a chance to let it show.
Take my hand and look at me,
Just forget about the ADHD.
I have real feelings just like you.
The love in my heart is just as true.
I may have a brain that can never rest,
But please understand I'm trying my best.
I want you to know, I need you to see,
I'm more than the label, I am still me!!!!

Going Postal #@school

The term going postal is English slang it derives from the 80s when a string of postal shootings occurred. Almost 40 postal workers were killed.into the early 90s Wikipedia says.
When did the school shootings begin?

Did you know that Edgar Allan Poe was at a voting poll the day he was found? And there was voter fraud in 1849

Baltimore City, Oct. 3, 1849
Dear Sir,
There is a gentleman, rather the worse for wear, at Ryan’s 4th ward polls, who goes under the cognomen of Edgar A. Poe, and who appears in great distress, & he says he is acquainted with you, he is in need of immediate assistance.
Yours, in haste,
JOS. W. WALKER
To Dr. J.E. Snodgrass.
On September 27—almost a week earlier—Poe had left Richmond, Virginia bound for Philadelphia to edit a collection of poems for Mrs. St. Leon Loud, a minor figure in American poetry at the time. When Walker found Poe in delirious disarray outside of the polling place, it was the first anyone had heard or seen of the poet since his departure from Richmond. Poe never made it to Philadelphia to attend to his editing business. Nor did he ever make it back to New York, where he had been living, to escort his aunt back to Richmond for his impending wedding. Poe was never to leave Baltimore, where he launched his career in the early 19th- century, again—and in the four days between Walker finding Poe outside the public house and Poe’s death on October 7, he never regained enough consciousness to explain how he had come to be found, in soiled clothes not his own, incoherent on the streets. Instead, Poe spent his final days wavering between fits of delirium, gripped by visual hallucinations. The night before his death, according to his attending physician Dr. John J. Moran, Poe repeatedly called out for “Reynolds”—a figure who, to this day, remains a mystery.
Poe’s death—shrouded in mystery—seems ripped directly from the pages of one of his own works. He had spent years crafting a careful image of a man inspired by adventure and fascinated with enigmas—a poet, a detective, an author, a world traveler who fought in the Greek War of Independence and was held prisoner in Russia. But though his death certificate listed the cause of death as phrenitis, or swelling of the brain, the mysterious circumstances surrounding his death have led many to speculate about the true cause of Poe’s demise. “Maybe it’s fitting that since he invented the detective story,” says Chris Semtner, curator of the Poe Museum in Richmond, Virginia, “he left us with a real-life mystery.”

Read my bones

I've got a skeleton
inside of me
I have a closet
full of things I've seen

If we only relate
through Anatomy
 through DNA
  and Catastrophe

What happens to
this skeleton inside of me
When the closet door
is flung open
And it's society

Against Humanity
In the name of ski boats
     lake homes
          and greed

Early Febuary maybe May

I'm gonna start over
like I was just born this morning
A brand new day!
The sun is shinning
birds are singing
A 65 degree spring day
A perfect day to learn to walk again
Freed from this cocoon I've been wrapped up in
 I'm gonna start over
When Blessings descend and flourish in warm sun rays
Take a deep breath
brush off my shoulders
reach for the sky
And rise to my feet
look straight ahead
It's a brand new day!

Chemical war fare /Fair? War Fair?

Somethings wrong

Things aren't always what they seem
What appeared to be
a bunch of leaves
Blowing,
            Swirling
up into the sky
and then falling....

 Was actually a
whole flock of birds
becoming unable to fly.

But try to tell someone......

Syria's war? Things aren't always what they seem

Saturday, April 14, 2018

President Trump said were coming out of Syria!

That was last week. During his campaign for president he said he would stop the practice of announcing US military actions prior to their enactment. Last week the White house was surprised by the Presidents announcement we were getting out of Syria. The Syrian army uses chemical weapons on innocent people and today with US airstrike in Syria and promises of more were all in.
Didn't President Trump cause this? It's a mobster war. "You can't quit".

I don't know..... Do you suppose Donald J Trump is sitting on his toilet as he tweets and wages all out war on our Democracy sanity and lively hood?

Gun Control

Because of my 1986 Felony conviction this is the only gun I'm allowed to have. There was no gun involved in my 86 conviction. It was a teenage fight. This gun is a roofing nail gun. It holds a coil of nails five nails per shingle multiplied a hole bunch of shingles. Sometimes at high levels and at angles gravity won't let man walk. "Roofing"  it's my lively hood. learn-you-trade-my-polish-grandpa-would.html

It doesn't hurt my feelings I can't have a gun. Except this one. I can't get caught up in gun control.
Like I said this one holds about 150 nails, shoots with 90 pounds of air pressure. You can pull the guard back and fire repeated nails. They fly from the gun like a tomahawk and are not very accurate.  My cousin Billy pressed one against his leg and pulled the trigger. Shot a hole right into his bone marrow.
Again this is about Gun Control. whos-on-first-whats-on-second-where-is.html
I don't know what I would need a gun for. I guess if the Zombie Apocalypse breaks out.zombie-apocalypse.html

It's common sense isn't it? Some people don't have any sense. Their actions don't make any sense.
There will always senseless killings. As long as man has free will. debriefed-at the-pearly-gates your-in-heaven.html

Why?

I have no doubt in my mind
someday
I will affect the lives
of many people
in a positive way
That Someday
My life will open up and flourish
That's why I survive

Bob Jenkens

I wrote this piece in prison. It didn't have a title then and I've never been sure why I wrote it.

Did you know in prison you loose a lot of your rights?  I wanted to die. I was only 19 why did I write this? Because I'm not going to just die.

Zombie Apocalypse

I am no witch
But I wish I could spell
"Better"

A spell to make people better
I don't mean their grammar
I don't mean their IQ's

I mean to write a spell of truth
make the world mute
like auto correct
in Babylon
not your normal news

As soon as you write a lie
Your Zombified
No one who lies survives

Zombiefied

I wish I could spell
Better
