Holy H2O Water

how many pieces
does a drop of rain explode into?
how many bazillion pieces
form a puddle?
a river?
a lake?
a sea?
I can't see!
Maybe explode is harsh
but not really
when you think
of the power of it all
It brings life
add the lightning and the thunder
    wind
        rain
Maybe it's one piece
in constant evolution
rain is the distribution
with the life it brings.

sledding Beautiful Clark lake

When we were kids and it snowed it seems everyone ended up at the county park with a sled.
Mark Harbaugh, Phennisies, Crenshaw, Smalowski ,Teddy and Terri korbinski the list goes on and on for generations.  There wasn't a houses on the hill then. The historic society floated the house across the lake on a barge and pulled it from the lake to the top of the hill. I remember the parking obstacles at the bottom of the hill. Poles sticking out of the ground with a steel cable going through them. We would build jumps to clear the cable or you would just have to bail from your sled to keep from being decapitated. I walked around the house on the hill this summer and I see people are buying spaces in the form of landscaping bricks and leaving memorials to loved ones. God bless all my sledding buddies still left. I wish everyone could have seen this house floated across the lake and put up at the top of this hill for our names to never be forgotten.

April 10th the snow just won't quit anyone want to go sledding?
Maybe they can open the house up for a warm reminiscent spot.

sooner or later
Were all dying
Living better is not living longer
And living longer is not living better
But yesterday I quit
And still woke up again today
I'll survive again tomorrow
Even though I'm afraid
Of living longer
And not better

A Cinderella pumpkin story

A Cinderella pumpkin story with no glass slipper.
A sky with a million stars and no big dipper.
A moon that lights the sky with no first star to wish on.
A pumpkin carriage ride and no girl to kiss on.
Wreck less as it seems streaking across the sky
Smashing all my dreams on a pumpkin carriage ride.
Wish on me while I burn in your face
Kiss on me and try to learn to swallow and not taste
More like a comet than a shooting star
I wonder how long it takes to forget who you are.

Winters Here

It’s the hard winter
that turns
The new green shoots of the maple tree brown.
Long winters and hot summers
combined is experience.
That makes the tree wise enough?
To see the winds of spring approach.
But is still the joy to stand tall.
Even after the high winds
Much deserved
Fall is time to rest for…
Winters here.

  Bob Jenkens

I know winters not here as in just begun.
April 7th 2016 were in a freeze. Makes me respect the trees even more.
new green shoots anxious to grow. Buds shivering cold. The sun gets to work
the trees green. The howling wind quieted by the shuffling leaves.
how do they stand so tall over our short lives? God  bless the trees!

A letter from Scott to the rest of the world

Brothers and Sisters
Sisters and Brothers
Amen Amen I say to you
let us strive to be humble
and help each other up
when ever we should stumble.
do not fear the good in God
but travel the path
do not abort and stray
cover in any way

If you loose your way
turn and go back
Ask forgiveness from God
Don't lower your chin in shame
only remember what I say
Brothers and Sisters
Sisters and Brothers
Let us strive to be humble
and help each other up
when ever we should stumble

what's the oath they uphold? does it matter who's gay?

Judge Laura Shadeler
What does it matter?
Who’s gay?
What our Judges say?
What’s the oath they uphold anyway?
Am I right?
Am I white?
Am I black?
Does it matter  if it’s grey
Or a red eye jack
Make your rulings judge laura shadeler
And tell everyone the rainbows really red
With just stripes of  black
That there is no pot of gold under the rainbow
Just a bunch of poor people for you to rule on
And let them know what you think of them and their luck
Being on your docket

Write back at you your honorable b^&*%$^&E$

city council terrorism

in the wake of the terror attacks in Brussels I heard Republican Presidential candidate Ted Cruz say he thinks local police, sheriffs and local bodies of Government should team up to protect communities.

Really? Has he not heard what city council did to the water in Flint? Poisoning thousands of residents for years. I  wish everyone would look real close at some things I've previously written. Look at the dates this piece for example March 30 2014 I wrote this "the question now isn't who's  on first or whats on second The question now is where is safe?"  http://fbgfgc.blogspot.com/2014/03/whos-on-first-whats-on-second-where-is.html?m=

Has our Presidential candidate (Ted Cruz) watched the news? Police are shooting people not accidently maybe because of tensions? Fear? whats the answer? Is it secluded? Is it all due to Lack of communication? separation of church and state ends somewhere but our states laws hide fraudulently behind the morals of the common well being of every individual. Our local Government bodies are already failing us. would you feel safe knowing the same people that poisoned your water were also your security blanket?  Who's on first? What's on second? where is safe?

a river in the desert

Four p.m.
Can you see?
Your hands in front of your face?

Words can't exspress
my nightmare in the light
to be broken down by stress

It's a reoccurring dream
in a predetermined stream
Through the contour of a political society.
A dramatization
of flowing waters
under my breath.

Christopher Columbus thought the world was round

There's corners in the world
You can't see
Christopher Columbus

The corners of the Earth
are hidden in the darkness

The Sun?
is this bright ray of light
shinning on the wall
The obvious hanging pictures
are hidden with the cob webs
in the corners of reality

We look....
But we don't see
Only what we
Want to believe!

Would Christopher Columbus have gone
over the falls in a barrel?

use before due date

Do I want to die
while eating a balogna sandwich?
Or worse yet
A tomato sandwich
With no balogna
and two heals of bread.

Face it
someday...
I'll be dead.

it is what it is

I don't know
That you know this
About me

I'm just a screw up

Theoretically
maybe even genetically

I won't show
My chromozones
Are array

But
How does luck know?
